Welcome Friends!

I teach trauma informed yoga with an emphasis on mindfulness (YRT-500), infused with Hatha Vinyasa and Qi Gong. A cancer survivor, I’m also a veteran high school English teacher and theatre educator, who has taught acting to teens and adults for over 30 years. Together, we’ll embrace yoga or performance and let inner confidence flow. I offer on-going classes, workshops and seminars in person and through Zoom. Private and small group sessions are available.

Yoga for the Artist Within

Whether you paint, write, perform, draw, cook, plant or possess the desire, this yoga class is for you. Release writer’s block, performance anxiety and whatever overwhelms and binds your creativity. Beginner and experienced yogis are welcome. We meet over Zoom.
